Savings Plus support comes via a variety of channels.
These include

ii) Embedded interactive manual and offline Manual
iii) Online users forum

vi) On-site support
As a user of a licensed copy of Savings Plus, our support personnel will be available to help you with any problem you encounter 7 days a week, provided you contact them during working hours i.e 8.00am - 5.00pm (East African Time - (GMT +3)). It is recommended that as much as possible, a user should first consult the manual to try and resolve the problem. If you cannot fix it, please contact FLT support in the following ways:

Go to www.savingsplus.info and click on community. You can then sign up to the users forum and post your problem and it will get attended to. We encourage users to use this as it ensures that any other users who have the same problem can have access to the solution and thus lead to speedier resolution of queries.
